Table Manners

I ate in America at Indiana.

Weddings

1. Since Japanese weddings are expensive, do you think having a massive wedding like Korea or UAE is a good idea?
Yes, because it is very fantastic. Everyone makes happy.


2. What do you think about eloping? Is it a good idea or romantic?
I think, it is not so good idea.
It injure my family and friends. And, it cause many people to trouble.


3. Have you ever thought about having a wedding in a foreign location like Hawaii? Would you do it?
Yes, of cause. If I have a lot of money, I would like to celebrate a wedding in Hawaii.
But I would like to celebrate a wedding in Japan at Hiroshima. Because I have a lot of friends in Hiroshima, and I want to invite a lot of friends.


4. What is your ideal wedding?
I would like to wedding is usual ceremony in Hiroshima.
And I want to hold a lot of friends and

I will wear some wedding dress and I will read a letter for my family.

No, I never go to wedding.

Superstitions

I surprised about differ food.
For example, bread, Christmas food and open sandwiches.
Especially, Christmas food. Because, it is very wonderful. I never seen before.

I want to try Danish food is open sandwiches.
It is interesting way to eat.
Sandwiches is vegetables and meats in between bread and bread.
But it is different way.

1. Do you think it is important to talk about superstitions in cross culture communication class?
Yes, I do.
I think we study cross culture, so we have to know it.
It is also teach us country's traditional.

If I wear to socks during sleep, I cannot meet dying my parents.
So, I cannot wear to socks during sleep.

時はすべての物を貪り食う
Time devours all things.

時は万事を暴露す
Time discloses all things.

2. What do the following proverbs mean.
a) Time is money. 時は金なり
 We cannot buy time with money.
So, we have to use to cherish.

b) A stitch in time saves nine. 今日の一針、明日の十針
The small things is to do as soon as possible.
From small beginnings come great things.

c)There is no time like the present. 今よりほかにない
 Now is a chance. I have to do it.

d)Let's meet at 4. If I'm not there by 5, leave without me at 6, and I'll be there at 7.
I do not know means.
But someday we will meet each other. ha ha!

Work

I think the best work is in Japan for me, because I am Japanese so I have already known our custom work.




But, if I could work other country, I work in Hawaii.
My images, there has how to enjoy working and no stresses. It feels like lower pay than Japan at month, but they get some tip from tipper. So, it is even! If I could have the opportunity, I would like to work in Hawaii.

I think universal across borders do not change emotions and facial expression. For example, smile to happy, cry to sad, yawn to sleepy, etc...

1.How do you greet members of your family?

I just say "Ohayo", "Ittekimasu", "tadaima", "Oyasumi".


2.How do you greet people that are important in society?

I use honorific word and bow.


3.Do I greet people from the opposite sex in different way?

No. Maybe I think greet same way.


4.Do you hug anyone? If yes, who and when. If no, why not?

Yes. When I meet friends, my feeling is good, I will hug my friends.
My feeling not so good, I will hug from me.

When I meet people for the first time, I say "ohayougozaimasu" and bow. I show honor to them.

2.Is it different for different people? How so and why?
Yes, It is different culture and custom for the country. So, it was decided by several country.


3.Do you touch people when you talk to then? Why? or why not?
No, I often make a gesture, but I don' t touch people. If the listener doesn't hear my talk, I may touch you.

About buddhism!

1.When I always eat meals, I say gratefully "itadakimasu" with my hands clasped in prayer. I apperciate to cook and foods.

2.I am regulary place a flower on a grave. I worship the god or ancestor.

3.When we sleep, we do not sleep directing our steps to the grave, the temple and the shrine. We must not direct our steps. So, I put my feet diffrent way.

4.I regulary put rice, manju and flower on family altar. I put a new rice and etc on there.

5.I sometime worship it in front of the buddhist altar. I tell occurence of day by day.
